CVM Events is involved in the local special events scene as members of The International Special Events Society and continuously stay on top of the latest greatest event innovations, décor, lighting, trends, tips & tricks, etc.

CVM Events has in-house talent as well as solid relationships with reputable & talented designers, audio visual & special effects experts, as well as many prop & party suppliers. We work within your budget & desire in order to create the mood and/or branding effect required.

CVM Events is confidently able to make the best recommendations of food and beverage pairings for your event, as we fancy ourselves as “foodies” and craft beer & wine connoisseurs (enthusiasts even :~). But seriously, food and drink is an important part of your event, depending on the size of your party, correct portion control can save hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. CVM Events will write and/or disseminate effective press releases on your behalf. We maintain an in-house media database and tailor press releases correctly; to the appropriate media source, to the correct contact. We will liaise with the press to ensure proper reporting of facts and to schedule reporters, photographers, VIP’s and celebrities in order to accommodate all media opportunities, in advance, during, and post event. CVM Events will create on-site media rooms facilitating technical requirements (sound, lighting, WIFI, photo vantage spots, etc.), food & beverage.

Years of experience creating and coordinating an assortment of events from full-production shows to informal business socials has given CVM Events an intimate knowledge of Vancouver’s public and private venues.

We take pride in being well-versed of city offerings and requirements (permits, liquor licensing, capacity, parking, public transportation, accommodations, fire & police emergency operations, noise bylaws, transit re-routing, etc.).
